Choose Which WhatsApp Number to Connect

When your Meta account has several WhatsApp numbers, a Choose a WhatsApp number window lets you pick one. Numbers already connected here or live in another workspace show as unavailable, with the reason. A number paused or disconnected in another workspace can be connected. See Choosing a Number.

The Choose a WhatsApp number window with one number marked Already connected to another workspace and a second number selected.

Only Owners, Admins and Editors Change Flows

Creating, editing, publishing, duplicating and deleting flows is limited to the Owner, Admin and Editor roles. Agents can still view flows and start them on a chat, and they no longer see the actions that change a flow. See Team.

Two Flows lists, one for an Owner with the Create Flow button and one without it, showing only Search flows and Columns.

Verified Signatures for Six More Webhook Providers

Inbound webhooks can now verify signatures from HubSpot (v3), Mailgun, Zendesk, Paystack, Vercel and GitLab (secret token). Pick the provider in the connection's authentication. See Integrations and Inbound Webhooks.

Provider presets in the New webhook connection window, with HubSpot, Mailgun, Zendesk, Paystack, Vercel and GitLab under Dedicated providers.

Webhook Connection Limit

Your plan caps webhook connections at 10 on Pro and unlimited on Enterprise. The webhooks page shows how many you can have, and a message appears when you reach the limit. See Connection Limit.

The webhooks page header showing 10 of 10 connections, with the message that your plan allows up to 10 webhook connections and to delete one or upgrade.
BackendFix

Webhook and Scheduled Flows Ignore Incoming Messages

A flow with a webhook or scheduled trigger now starts only from its webhook or its schedule. A contact's message no longer starts it. See Webhook Received and Scheduled Trigger.

BackendFix

Rules With an Empty Value Never Match

In a flow trigger, a rule with an empty value no longer matches by mistake, except Is Empty and Is Not Empty. In a broadcast audience, a condition with an empty value matches no contacts instead of everyone. See Message Received and Audience.

BackendFix

Returning User, Media Type and Profile Match Triggers Work

The Returning User trigger starts a flow when a contact writes again after the days of silence you set. In Message Received, the The media type is… and The profile field is… rules now start flows, and In Array and Not In Array match a list of values. See Returning User and Message Received.

BackendFix

Catch All Runs Last

A Catch All flow now runs only on text messages and only when no more specific flow matches. See Catch All.

BackendImprovement

Broadcasts Support All Audience Operators

Every operator the audience builder offers now works when the broadcast fires, including Starts with, Ends with, the comparisons, Is any of and Matches regex. See Audience.

BackendFix

Broadcasts Complete After Every Contact Is Processed

A broadcast is marked Completed only once every contact's conversations are processed. A contact on several channels counts once. See Broadcast Lifecycle.

BackendFix

AI Ask Needs a Clear Yes

When a skill asks the visitor first, only a clear yes runs the action. A clear no, such as no, not ok, cancels it, and an unanswered confirmation expires after 30 minutes. See Skills.

BackendImprovement

Instagram Replies After 7 Days Are Refused

If a person replies more than 7 days after the customer's last message, Wexio refuses the reply with a clear message instead of failing at Meta. See Instagram.

BackendImprovement

Viber Shows Why a Message Failed

A message to a contact who unsubscribed from your Viber bot or is not on Viber is marked failed with a readable reason. See Viber.

BackendFix

An Unpaid Invoice Is Not Cleared by Changing Plan

A paid plan with an unpaid invoice stays on its plan. Cancelling, switching plan or moving to Free no longer clears the invoice, and you pay the open invoice to unblock the workspace. See Pay the Open Invoice First.

BackendFrontendFix

A Trial Without a Payment Method Pauses the Account

A trial that ends without a payment method no longer moves you to Free. You stay on your plan, the account is paused until the payment is made, and the usual 7-day grace period applies. Trial length limits are tighter against repeated trials. See Plan & Billing.

BackendFrontendImprovement

Errors and Emails in Ukrainian, German, Italian, Polish and Portuguese

Error messages and emails are now fully translated into Ukrainian, German, Italian, Polish and Portuguese.

BackendFix

Transcripts Keep the Newest 5,000 Messages

A web chat transcript holds the newest 5,000 messages. If a conversation is longer, the oldest are left out. See Transcript.

FrontendWeb WidgetImprovement

Up to Three Operator Avatars

The widget editor allows up to 3 operator avatars. The widget shows all three, plus a +N circle if more were saved before. See Branding.

The Operator avatars list showing 3 of 3 with three team members and the hint that you can show up to 3 avatars.
