AI Bar
Control AI auto-reply settings for individual conversations
The AI Bar is a collapsible control bar that appears between the message thread and the editor, allowing you to toggle and configure AI auto-reply for the current chat.
Features
Toggle AI Auto-Reply
Turn AI auto-reply on or off for the specific conversation. When active:
- The AI assistant automatically responds to incoming messages
- An animated indicator shows AI activity
- Operator messages are paused until AI is deactivated
Copilot Assistant Override
Override which AI assistant handles this particular conversation:
- Select from your configured assistants
- Per-chat override takes priority over per-operator and workspace defaults
- Shows the assistant name and model
Visual Indicators
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Animated glow | AI is actively processing/responding |
| Toggle on | AI auto-reply is enabled for this chat |
| Toggle off | Only human operators can respond |
| Assistant name | Which assistant is active |
Expanding/Collapsing
The bar can be collapsed to save space when you don't need the AI controls. Click the bar to expand and reveal the full controls.
