Zendesk

Zendesk HMAC-SHA256 webhooks sign bodies with base64 encoding in X-Zendesk-Webhook-Signature. Wexio's Zendesk preset under Generic HMAC-SHA256 handles this.

Setup

1. Wexio connection

New connection → Inbound → Zendesk preset.

2. Zendesk webhook

In Zendesk Admin Center → Apps and integrations → Webhooks → Actions → Create webhook. Paste the Wexio URL, pick a trigger/notification source, enable signing. Copy the signing secret Zendesk generates into Wexio's Signing secret field.

Standard flow. Set up different triggers in Zendesk per event type — Zendesk fires the webhook when the trigger condition matches.
