Inbox Reads
Conversations, threads, collections and counts
Every tool takes an optional orgId - tech providers only, naming the managed client to act on. An id outside the target org behaves exactly like a missing one.

A key has no personal inbox: inbox_counts always returns mine: 0 and mentions: 0, and the virtual mine / mentions collections are refused with a 400. An unknown collection is a not-found for a key, where a member gets lenient behaviour.
