Analytics
Choose whether the widget records the pages visitors view and the links they click
The Analytics section in the Integration group controls tracking. What it records appears in each contact's profile, under Recent activity. See Inbox profile and People. It follows the draft-and-Save model.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Track website pages | Records which pages of your site visitors view while the widget is loaded. |
| Track widget links | Counts the clicks on links that visitors open from inside the widget. |
Both are on for a new widget. Analytics has no plan requirement. Without them, Recent activity stays empty.
