Web Widget Triggers

Start a flow when a visitor lands on your site, signs in or reacts to your content

The Web widget entry in the trigger list holds three triggers that react to what a visitor does with your web widget. Use them to greet a visitor, follow up on a sign-in or thank someone for feedback.

Before You Start

You need a web widget. Without one the Web widget entry is locked with Set up the web widget to use these triggers. See Web Widget.

The Three Events

Choose Web widget in the trigger list, then pick one event.

Visitor signs inA visitor identifies themselves on your site for the first time. It fires once per visitor, on any device.
Reaction threshold crossedA visitor's reactions on your help articles or news posts reach a number you choose.
