Media Messages

Media messages display visual and audio content from contacts and operators. Wexio supports a wide range of media formats and provides rich viewing experiences.

Image Messages

Images are displayed inline with click-to-expand viewing. Features include:

• Thumbnail preview in the chat thread
• Full-screen image viewer with zoom
• Image download option
• Caption support below the image

Video Messages

Videos embed a player directly in the conversation:

• Inline video playback
• Fullscreen mode
• Playback controls (play, pause, seek, volume)
• Video thumbnail preview before play

Audio Messages

Audio messages include a built-in player with:

• Play/pause controls
• Waveform visualization
• Playback progress and duration
• AI Transcription — Transcribe audio to text using AI (streaming)
• AI Translation — Translate transcribed audio to other languages

Media Groups (Albums)

When a contact sends multiple photos or videos together, they appear as a media group:

• Gallery grid layout
• Click any item to open the gallery viewer
• Navigate between items with arrows
• All items share a single message bubble

Animations & Stickers

• GIFs — Animated GIF playback
• Stickers — Telegram stickers (including animated TGS format)
• SVG animations — Vector animations rendered inline

Documents

Documents (PDF, spreadsheets, archives, etc.) display as file cards:

• File name and size
• File type icon
• Download button
• PDF preview — PDFs can be previewed inline with the document viewer
