Flow Templates
Browse, use, and share reusable flow templates
Templates let you use pre-built flows and share your own automations with the Wexio community.
Overview
Flow templates are pre-configured automation workflows that you can import into your workspace with a single click. Instead of building flows from scratch, start with a template and customize it to your needs.
Browsing Templates
Navigate to Templates from the sidebar to see the public template gallery.
Each template card shows:
- Name and description
- Author who published it
- Category and tags
- Preview of the flow structure
Using a Template
- Browse the template gallery
- Click on a template to see its details and preview
- Click Use Template
- The flow is imported into your workspace as a new draft flow
- Customize the nodes, triggers, and settings to fit your use case
Imported templates create a new flow in your workspace. The original template is not modified.
Organisation Templates
Your workspace can also have private templates visible only to team members:
- Navigate to Templates → Private to see organisation-specific templates
- Create templates from existing flows to standardize automations across your team
