Story Messages

Story messages appear when a user mentions your account or replies to a story on Instagram or WhatsApp.

How It Works

When someone interacts with your story, Wexio displays a story message in the chat with:

• A gradient ring around the story preview (matching the platform style)
• The story media (photo or video) as a thumbnail
• The user's reply text if they sent a response

Story messages let you continue the conversation directly from the inbox without switching to the original platform.
