Copilot
Ask an AI about the conversation you have open
The copilot is an AI assistant for you, not for the customer. Open it from the AI Copilot tab in the right panel of a chat, beside Details. The tab carries a Beta badge. It reads the thread and can act on the chat when you direct it.
The tab is not available on the Free plan. The panel widens while the tab is open.
Ask the Copilot
Type in Ask the copilot… or start from a quick action:

Select text in the conversation and choose Ask AI to send it to the copilot with a prompt. On the All threads screen the copilot is about the whole conversation. On a single thread it is about that thread.
The copilot shows what it did, for example Assigned to {name} under Actions taken.
Clear the Conversation
Use Clear conversation at the top of the tab to delete every message in this copilot chat. Confirm with Clear. You cannot undo it.
